I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the kind attitude towards my elderly parents during our stay at the hotel. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate their needs, making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of. the ironing facilities were a godsend, allowing us to look sharp and presentable for our outings in Woodstock. the sitting area was perfect for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring, and the dining table provided a cozy space for family meals. the hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail and superb amenities, from the washing machine that made our stay convenient to the electric kettle that kept us fueled with hot beverages. the flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to our room, making us feel right at home. And let's not forget the fantastic dining options just a stone's throw away, with Brothertons Brasserie, La Galleria, and the Blenheim Buttery offering delicious meals within walking distance.
